Brief History
Cramer Hill Elementary is open for our third year as a K-4 charter school in the city of Camden. We are part of the larger network of Mastery Charter Schools that operates 21 campuses and serves 12,000 students in both Philadelphia and Camden.
We serve students in Grades K-4 with full Special Education, English as a Second Language (ESL) and Bi-lingual programs for students who qualify. In addition to the traditional elementary courses, our students also participate in Art, Spanish, Gym and Music as Enrichment classes. Recess is held each day.
Our Afterschool Program runs until 5:30pm – please call to enroll your child. Afterschool openings are extremely limited!
We run bus routes throughout the city. Depending upon your family’s home address, your child may qualify for daily busing to and from school.

If you applied during the Camden Enrollment main round and submitted an application before March 1, you will be notified of the lottery results in mid-April.
Uniform Voucher Policy 2016-17
Mastery Schools of Camden is committed to eliminating all barriers to entry for our students and their families, and this includes uniforms.
Policy:
- Every student (new or returning) will receive 1 voucher, good for two uniform shirts and one pair of uniform pants
- Any family experiencing financial hardship will be eligible to receive additional vouchers at the school leadership team’s discretion
- The school will provide the family with a valid Uniform Voucher (copies of vouchers are not accepted)
- Families may obtain a Uniform Voucher form by visiting their child’s school campus
